How to use it
- Campaign: a one-off email message, usually used to promote selected WooCommerce products.
- Automation: a rule-based email workflow that runs automatically when the trigger conditions are met.
- Subscriber: a person who can receive FlowPress emails.
- Segment: a saved group of subscribers who match selected rules or filters.
- Template: a reusable email layout or content structure.
- Form: a signup form used to collect subscribers on the website.
- Publishing: the final process of making a campaign or FlowPress page ready for the public website or email audience.
- Health Check: a diagnostic screen that highlights setup issues and recommended fixes.
Useful tips
- Use the same terms across the website, admin screens and support replies.
- When a new feature is added, add its customer-facing definition here.
