  1. Campaign: a one-off email message, usually used to promote selected WooCommerce products.
  2. Automation: a rule-based email workflow that runs automatically when the trigger conditions are met.
  3. Subscriber: a person who can receive FlowPress emails.
  4. Segment: a saved group of subscribers who match selected rules or filters.
  5. Template: a reusable email layout or content structure.
  6. Form: a signup form used to collect subscribers on the website.
  7. Publishing: the final process of making a campaign or FlowPress page ready for the public website or email audience.
  8. Health Check: a diagnostic screen that highlights setup issues and recommended fixes.

Useful tips
