First-day checklist

1. Install and activate FlowPress.
2. Review the main Settings page.
3. Set sender name, sender email, and preference page URL.
4. Configure SMTP or your email delivery service.
5. Create your first form and test a signup.
6. Create your first campaign draft and send a test email.
7. Run Health Check and confirm queue behaviour.
