Check these first
- Open Health Check inside FlowPress
- Confirm your license is active if you use Commerce
- Check whether WP-Cron is running
- Review email history or publishing log
- Test with one real campaign or automation
Common issues
Emails not sending
Check your sending setup, queue, and any failed email history.
Publishing not running daily
Open Publishing Settings and Publishing Log, then check whether the daily run was missed.
Commerce features still locked
Check your license activation screen and confirm the site can make outgoing requests.
Automations not triggering
Use the testing tools and confirm WooCommerce is installed for store triggers.
